IndieCade 2012, an annual festival celebrating independent games development, will be taking place in Culver City, California this October. The festival showcases a shortlist of nominated games, a number of which we saw at E3 this year. The festival also hosts an award gala. https://kotaku.com/what-were-all-those-indie-games-doing-at-e3-anyway-5918723 Last year, Fez and Johann Sebastian Joust were big winners. Some games take a while to load on mobile, but once they start, the gameplay is smooth and exciting. I hope future updates improve mobile performance, but I still enjoy playing several hours a day.
